Hello! Hope you're doing well. Yesterday I was at the training and we were out running. It was very tuff and we did intervals. And the fact that I haven't been able to run for so long, because of my legs, made my day when we were done. I was so happy and proud of myself then! So maybe I'll soon be back on track!
Some days ago I did this snack. I put banana, mango, cottage cheese and diffrent kinds of nuts in a plate. Try it, it's good! :)
