I long to return...




Oh, the first snow has settled! Already. It's not ok!!
Or... a little cozy it is of course, but not so early! It's still october! And recently I sat in my room and looked at some old pictures, and I just want the summer back!  

A step in the right direction


Hello my friends!
Almost exactly one year ago I got inflammation in my both legs, because I have overworked them. And I never take time to rest so my legs could heal by themselves. And as you can guess I still have inflammation because of that. And finally I went to a naprapath and fix it so I can train and run again. And I feel so relieved! You can't imagine.
So my tips for you who have hurt yourselves, REST, and with time it heals. I promise, but it's hard, I know.

Hey!
Friday today and weekend. The days are just flying away, soon it will be christmas!! A bit scary, isn'n it?
Well, the week has ben great just much to do, as always! Last tuesday we had orientation in school, and it went well even though I was so nervous before I ran. But I took all the 24 controls and came back after 87 minutes, and I chared first place with another person in my class! So I'm glad I did it.

A little thought from me
My trainer use to say that 'if you want something you need motivation', or something like that. You need motivation to get somewhere or do something you really want to. That's my goal for the athletics...
